Making African children Realise Their Hopes and Aspirations
We are an independent small charity based in Morecambe, Lancashire. What seemed impossible only a few years ago, namely opening Martha's Dream Academy, completing the first academic year giving over 100 children a chance to succeed, has happened thanks to the generosity of our beneficiaries.
We believe there is no dream too big. If we all dream together and people are able to make a contribution to Martha's Dream, the benefits to the school children are immeasurable. It doesn't matter how big or small the contribution is, whatever donation you can afford will always be greatly accepted and appreciated. Donations have a huge impact on the children at Martha's Dream Academy and will be accepted with heart felt thanks.

It takes very little time so please follow the steps below:
1) Click on the DONATE button below and you will be redirected to the "Givey" website;
2) To make a donation, you don't need to have an account, just select "Continue as guest" below the log-in boxes;
3) The next page shows a series of preferences related to the Givey platform, you can complete this if you want or proceed to the donation by pressing "Skip this step";
4) Select the amount you wish to donate, whatever you can afford.
Unfortunately, we are currently registered with HMRC as a not for profit organisation and not with the Charity Commission which means we are not eligible to receive Gift Aid.
Tip: If you are unsure on what huge impact your donation can make here are some quick numbers: Salary of a teacher - £30 (per month), one meal per child, per day, £100 (per month), expanding our current intake to one more class - £50 (per month).
These are incredibly small numbers that will change the life of MORE THAN 100 children. But we need much more to realise bigger projects in the future. If you want to know more, please see our "vision and mission" page.
